Without a doubt, hiring Erin was the best decision we made! She made the process 1000x less stressful, from timeline and details planning, working with vendors, attending venue meetings and was always available if I needed anything. She made sure our wedding day went as smoothly as possible and she was a true lifesaver when it came to the inevitable challenges! So thankful for her skill and quick adaptability when unexpected things came up. Erin made our day so easy, she handled picking up lunch, ensuring we were on schedule, packing and keeping track all of our items, made sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be, and she was a huge help with making sure my dress/train was in position for portraits and the ceremony! Not only did she make sure everything was packed up nicely at the end of the night, she dropped it off at our place for us so we didn’t have to lift a finger. Our wedding party told us multiple times how amazing Erin was and how impressed they were by our well orchestrated day. I cannot recommend Erin enough, do yourself a favor and get Erin on your team!

I can't thank Erin enough for her help coordinating our wedding, and can't recommend her and her team enough! Erin is practical, thoughtful, and thorough. She is super detail-oriented and has an all-hands-on-deck mentality that she balances with an easygoing and stress free attitude. Erin kept our wedding running smoothly from start to finish so that my husband and I could be present with each other and guests and enjoy the day to the fullest. Our wedding was a bit of a marathon too -- we had ~230 guests, set up starting 12:30pm, the event going from 4:30pm-2am, and breakdown ending after 3am. Erin and her team were there throughout. She helped us prepare for the day, transform our DIY venue during a short set up window, both stay on schedule and adjust the schedule seamlessly as we navigated changes in the weather and flow of the event, and breakdown the venue so that we didn't need to worry about clean up at the end of the night. Erin and her team made sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted and more!!

If you have ever considered hiring a wedding planner for your wedding… stop right here. I needed some extra help with my wedding and contacted Erin over a year before our wedding date. We got to know each other over the phone and talked about details of the wedding. She was so kind and genuinely sounded like she cared for my wedding as if it was her own. Erin took over a month before our wedding date and handled every vendor, communicated with each of them, settled logistics, organized the rehearsal ceremony and was there 12 hours on our wedding day. My bridesmaids were so impressed how organized and flawlessly the day went. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Erin had everything under control. Any question, request or concern myself, my groom, my parents, the bridal party and grooms party had- Erin had the answer, the solution. She was unbelievable. When I say run, don’t walk, to hire Erin as your wedding planner/day of coordinator… I mean it! We hired her for her day of coordinating services but she was always available to answer questions and offer advice throughout the hectic process of wedding planning. She was very detail oriented from the beginning and made our wedding day completely stress free. She stays calm, professional, and is prepared for literally anything. Our wedding day was perfect and we couldn’t have done it without Erin! We can’t recommend her enough!

Finding Erin was the best decision I ever made for our wedding. I consider myself a pretty organized person, but Erin helped me with things I never even thought about! She stayed so patient and positive with me whenever I was overwhelmed or not the best with timelines. If there was a decision I wasn’t sure on, she gave such experienced and thoughtful opinions. Any time there was a bump in the road, she easily and calmly came up with a solution quick. She’s very personable, and I always felt like she was 100% invested. Absolutely fantastic with communication. I really can’t say enough good things about Erin, besides that she’s an amazing wedding planner and I would choose her over and over again.
